A youth mentor is also responsible for helping the youth establish their personal goals like improving academic grades or pursuing a degree in college. More resonsibilities include guiding and helping children make action plans and to motivate and inspire children.
Volunteer Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor
The volunteer DEI Advisor position has a high level of discretion in carrying out duties and assignments and the position responsibilities are broad in scope, strategic in nature, and impact all of the organization's operations, programs, and partnerships. The volunteer serves as a guide and resource person for management and staff in the areas of diversity, inclusion, and equity.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Sail2Change’s mission and who has a track record of board leadership. Selected Board Members will have achieved leadership stature in business, government, philanthropy, or in the nonprofit sector. Their accomplishments will allow them to attract other well-qualified, high-performing Board Members.
